These parmesan crusted Pork Chops are the kind of dinner you’ll want to make over and over. With a perfectly seared golden crust, tender inside, and that irresistible garlic and Parmesan topping, they check all the boxes for a quick, tasty meal! Whether you're cooking for a busy weeknight or a laid-back weekend, these pork chops are sure to impress.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then set aside.
4 thick cut pork chops boneless, Salt and pepper
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and grease with butter or oil. Sear the chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl, mix parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, and parsley.
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 ½ teaspoons garlic, Fresh parsley plus additional for garnish
Preheat the oven broiler to high. Top each chop with the Parmesan mixture. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the topping is golden (watch closely to avoid burning!) The ideal temperature for pork chops is 145°F (60°C)
Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving, and garnish with extra parsley if desired. Serve with boiled asparagus and enjoy.
Crispy Topping: To get that golden, crispy crust, don’t skip the broiling step! It’s what gives the topping that irresistible crunch.
Bone-In Pork Chops: If you’re using bone-in pork chops instead of boneless pork chops, they may take a little longer to cook. Just make sure to check the internal temperature to get them just right.
Extra Spice: Want a little kick? Add a pinch of paprika or cayenne to the Parmesan mixture for an extra burst of flavor.
Storage and Reheating Instructions
Fridge: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh for up to 3 days.
Reheat: To reheat, just pop them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to keep that crispy Parmesan topping intact. Trust me, they’ll taste just as good the next day!
