Notes

  • Crispy Topping: To get that golden, crispy crust, don’t skip the broiling step! It’s what gives the topping that irresistible crunch.
  • Bone-In Pork Chops: If you’re using bone-in pork chops instead of boneless pork chops, they may take a little longer to cook. Just make sure to check the internal temperature to get them just right.
  • Extra Spice: Want a little kick? Add a pinch of paprika or cayenne to the Parmesan mixture for an extra burst of flavor.

Storage and Reheating Instructions

  • Fridge: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat: To reheat, just pop them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to keep that crispy Parmesan topping intact. Trust me, they’ll taste just as good the next day!
