Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until just cooked through.

While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a small mixing bowl.
½ cup salted butter
Next, in another small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Remove the biscuits from the oven after the allotted time. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes so you can handle them safely.
Dip each biscuit into the butter mixture and then the cinnamon mixture. Setting back onto the baking sheet. Repeat this step for each biscuit bite. You want to ensure all sides are very well coated.
Place biscuits under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has caramelized. Be sure to watch this step very closely so that you don’t burn the sugar.
Transfer the biscuits to a cooling rack and allow to cool before serving.
