Air Fryer Chicken Pinwheels are one of those dishes I keep coming back to because they hit every note at once. Flaky crescent dough, creamy ranch-seasoned filling, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar all rolled into one irresistible bite. The cream cheese base holds everything together beautifully while the air fryer gives the outside that perfect golden crisp. Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 sheet of crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices bacon cooked until crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese reserve ½ cup for topping
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • Fresh chives chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the filling by mixing the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, crumbled bacon, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and shredded chicken.
    6 slices bacon, 1 cup shredded cooked chicken, 6 ounces cream cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • Unroll the crescent dough, pressing seams together to make one sheet. Spread the chicken mixture evenly, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

  • Roll tightly into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
  • Arrange the pinwheels in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool slightly, then garnish with fresh chives before serving.
