Notes
- Perfect Baking Dish: Use parchment paper in the baking dish for easy removal and clean edges on your brownies.
- Even Cooling: Let the brownies cool completely, about an hour, before adding the marshmallow layer. This helps the topping spread evenly without melting into the brownies and keeps it perfectly layered.
- Mixing Marshmallow Topping: Take your time mixing the marshmallow fluff and frosting to ensure a smooth, creamy topping. Stir until there are no lumps, so it spreads easily across the brownies for a consistent texture.
- Coloring Coconut: Add food coloring gradually to reach the perfect pink shade without over-saturating.
- Pressing Coconut: Lightly press the colored coconut into the marshmallow topping once it’s sprinkled on. This helps it stick better, so the coconut stays in place when you cut and serve the brownies.
- Slicing Tips: For clean, professional-looking slices, use a sharp knife, and wipe it with a damp cloth between each cut. This trick helps avoid dragging the topping and coconut through each slice.

How to Store Leftover Pink Snoball Brownies

These brownies are not recommended for freezing, as the marshmallow and coconut toppings won’t maintain their texture.
